Breast lift surgery is a procedure to raise and reshape sagging breasts. As skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their youthful shape and firmness. 		This patient has a moderately droopy breast with a significant amount of breast tissue located below the areola resting on the abdominal wall. After breast lift surgery, she achieved a more youthful and pleasant shape to her breasts. She was seen approximately six months after surgery, and while the scars were still moderately red, they will fade quite nicely within a year of surgery.

		This patient has a markedly droopy breast that requires her to constantly wear a bra. She underwent breast lift surgery, and experienced a significant improvement in the overall shape and positioning of her breasts. Despite a somewhat less favorable skin type for healing, her scars are beginning to fade nicely.

		This patient has a typical droopy appearance that can result from past pregnancies and weight loss. After breast lift surgery, a more lifted, balanced, and youthful appearance was restored to her breasts. Her scars are fading nicely at this time.

		This patient has a moderately droopy breast and a relatively large breast size. Although she did not wish to have an implant, significant lifting and a more youthful appearance were achieved with breast lift surgery alone.

		This patient has significantly droopy breasts and large areolas. She achieved considerable improvements in her appearance after breast lift surgery. The entire proportions of the breast in relation to the chest wall, as well as the proportions between the areola and the breast were significantly improved.

		This patient has significantly droopy breasts, along with breast implants. She wished to have her implants removed and not replaced. She achieved significant improvements in her entire breast contour by removing the implants and using her own breast tissue to create breast volume and lift.
